Priorities your work

Prioteries things in descending order to ascending order . From most important to least important and then start working on most important things which will help you to achieve your goal.

Plan your day

Plan your day a night before. It will boost up your productivity and focus. If things are planned then you can work accordingly. It will help you to stay focused . Decreases procrastination. Reduces stress. Helpful for time management.Visualize yourself getting better

Relaxation

Take time to relax. This is important as our body needs it. Relaxation time will offer the students to have a productive learning process and will play a crucial role in keeping their mental and physical health in sync.

Learn to say No

learn to say no . This is important as people may try to distract you from your planned schedule. Time won’t be wasted. Saying no is an important skill to have, both for taking care of oneself and for maintaining healthy relationships with others.

Scheduling time for task

Set specific time for all of your task . It gives you the motivation you need to get it done. It helps you overcome laziness that often contributes to procrastination. Also allows you to allocate enough time to research or get help to tackle the task

Discipline

It teaches students to be concentrated and motivated toward their studies as well as other areas of their life. It helps the student to remain calm and composed. This helps him/her to maintain focus and to keep moving on with the problems.

Consistency

It helps students mentally prepare for the day and creates a sense of structure that promotes engagement and focus. A very important ket to success is consistency.

Positive attitude

Positive attitude can change the way you see the world and the way others see you. Positive attitudes will make you more alert, less depressed, more productive, and better able to solve problems and work well with others.
